In a world that pulls you away from yourself — this is how you stay rooted.
Five weeks, mindfulness together.
The Five Observations is a modern mindfulness program that helps existing communities cultivate awareness, meaningful conversation, and authentic connection. Rooted in yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, and Human Design, it teaches people to notice their inner world — their patterns, their reactions, the wisdom underneath their overthinking, the moments they drift from themselves.
The idea is simple: you can't change what you don't notice. So instead of rushing to fix themselves, your community learns to observe first — together. And in that shared noticing, something deepens — not just within each person, but between them.
Bring it to your community:
The Five Observations program, run over five weeks with your group — each person gets the workbook, and the practice unfolds together. Group work has its own magic: a shared recognition that builds week after week.
Five weeks, five observations:
i. when you are not your self — the moment you are pulled out of yourself. ii. your loops — the same questions that keep coming back and keep you stuck. iii. what you follow — what you are giving your energy to. iv. how your body speaks — the wisdom underneath the overthinking. v. how you get in your own way — where letting go becomes the work
If you lead a community and want to bring this practice to them, I'd love to talk.
