The Five Observations is a five-week program rooted in Human Design and Ayurvedic wisdom — designed to help you slow down and notice your nature more intimately. Your patterns, the way your body communicates, the lessons you are here to learn.

Over five weeks, you begin to create space to see yourself more clearly. And start to return to your lightest, most authentic self.

Each participant receives The Five Observations workbook — a personal companion through the five week program and beyond.

It works beautifully in groups. There's something that happens when people observe alongside each other — a shared recognition, a quiet intimacy that builds over five weeks.
